With the newly done renovations based on the 30s, paintings done by singapore painters, the sensation of eating there is sure to bring a sense of the olden times. The first level of the restaurant is usually to hold banquets, next comes the second[kitchen], third[business entertainment], and lastly the fourth level[private rooms]. Besides eating there, one could also go karaoking with family on friends. however karaoking is only open on the weekends

Spring Court restaurant has celebrated weddings, birthdays and renuions and has remembered them. From when Spring Court was at Great World amusement park[1929] to Oriental[60s-70s] to East Coast[1990] and now at Chinatown.



Through the years, Spring Court has also forged many precious ties with people such as celebrities such as takeshi kaneshiro and other ministers.

The reason why people keeps wanting more is because the pophiah served at Spring Court is made with ten over ingredients! The recipe originated from the making of the current boss, Mike Ho's grandmother. Another dish that is famous is the shark fin's and crab meat soup. The crabmeat it uses is freshly imported from sri lanka, making the taste more tantalizing.

Since 1929, Spring Court, also known as Yong Chun Yuan,
has been run for three generations and is Singapore's
oldest chinese restaurant. We have seen many joyous
occasions. We hope to have touched many people's lives. We feel
that every celebration, be it a wedding, birthday or renuion
amongst friends and family, is important and try to make it
as memorable.

With the passing of an era, we have once again returned to
the heart of Chinatown, bringing along seven decades of culinary
expertise. It would be our privilege for you to be a part of it.
